Syndicated Search Partners - Good or Bad?

When you run Microsoft ad campaigns do you usually disable/block syndicated search partners? I'm currently letting them run and I'm getting a high CTR, but unfortunately no conversions. The average cost per click is also pretty cheap. Would like to know what you are all doing. Cheers.

In Microsoft Bing Ads, the quality of traffic from syndicated search partners, is horrible. And, it is the same in Google Ads as well. It is suggested to disable traffic from syndicated search partners.

I know audience ads are also bad. I will also look into removing the sites from the Syndicated Search Partners.
