Just got an android one can't really complain. As you probably know android is based on linux kernel so its easy to customize it.

I'm using android on acer e130. With the various apps on the market, I think I will stick to it.
I've not used symbian or iOS yet

Android. Have an HTC Desire HD and just as good as iPhone if not better. I wont get an iPhone out of principal. Apple overcharge and take the piss out their customers big time

Android is the way to go for. I'm using Nokia N900 (Multiboot Maemo and Android (Nitdroid)) and love my Android Os.

I've had both the Android and iPhone.

Both are very good and will have more than enough for what you need.

It's not really a matter of which one is better, rather using the "eeny meeny miny mo" method.

I know I live in America, and iPhone is very popular in Southern California but on the east coast everybody has Blackberrys.

Everywhere else is big on Android.
