SWREG Payment Processor advice? Alternatives?

Starting January, I started working with SWReg as a payment processor to deliver Paid tests over the internet. The transactions only cost $4.99, so it's not a big amount. I was expecting payment in Febuary, but didn't get it since it was my first month with them apparently(Risk Assessment go figure), I'm expecting payment in March. Does anyone have any experience with SWReg and their payment setup for new vendors? They seem to have no real customer service for vendors(Only email contact: This is a big company). I'm a little worried(600 orders, 2 chargebacks/2 paypal refunds). So my stats are nothing too bad. I'm curious if anyone who is vendor with SWReg can offer any advice?


Also Anyone have any advice for another company I could possibly work with. I've checked out 2Checkout and Paypal. 2Check doesn't allow paid tests and Paypal it's just way too easy to dispute, especially virtual items.
