If I've lost the domain, but all sites files are still on my server under a cpanel a/c.

Is it possible to associate another domain to this account, or create a new a/c and then move all files to the new account, so that I can get the site backup but with another domain?

In the meantime without the domain, is it still possible to login to the Wordpress admin?

    Thanks!

Sure if you have the entire site directory and database saved you can place that on to another domain once it's registered and pointed towards the name servers. Also, no you can't log in to the wordpress admin panel unless the domain itself is hosted to my knowledge.
