Here are some steps to finding good pictures.
Open a web browser
Go to "www.Google.com" - popular search engine, not sure if you have heard of it
On the top left click images - a synonym for pictures
Type in whatever you want - in your case "Swimsuit models"
And there you have it.

Those photos used for a commercial purpose without a model or a photographer release would be a quick lawsuit. It's called jail, perhaps you've heard of it.

Try http://www.bigstockphoto.com/ and search for "Swim suit" or something. If you want to download their pictures your going to have to purchase "Credits" or try http://www.stockxpert.com you can purchase pictures for as low as $1

Depends what you use them for, no one is going to care if you put a photo of megan fox on your website, let alone try and put you in jail.

you can add a filter to the google imagesearch so that the results will only show pictures that you are allowed to use for commercial purposes without paying
