I worked with advivus before, also verde ads and adexico. But now trend is to run blanks with prelands, similar to sweepstakes but much profitable

How do you make a prelander that looks decent? I'm guessing like it just pushes urgency on the matter in a way like dont miss out? I mean we've all seen timers I feel like everyone knows thats bs, what's a good method to make it look convincing? Thanks bro
