Actually a user on swapd brought this thread to the community's attention so I thought I'd share my experience...would've done no good creating a new account seeing how pockets733 was treated so I dug up my old account.
Overall it's funny how girlsniche's argument's contain no proof of wrongdoing nor do yours, just a bunch of assumptions and speculation. Slander.

I've have been here long enough, facts don't add up. You know it so no need to extend it. You may be right about girlsniche since you have logs but multiple accounts is a big no here.
Multiple accounts aren't allowed on bhw. You dug a hole for yourself.

Just my input from what I observe.
1. Creating multiple account is indeed a BIG no to do so.
2. SWAPD decision as an escrow doesn't seem to be unfair or unreasonable.
3. You recovered the account and didn't do any research beforehand so you can't blame them after making such mistake on your part.
4. SWAPD should released a full chat log on this instead of snippet of pinpointed what fault the seller has.
5. OP of the account should take this up to dispute section if you deem that the Escrow service is a scam to prevent users from using it, it'll greatly benefit users of BHW than to post it on a discussion thread.
I'm not a very OG user of BHW, but I've been in the IG business for a long time to know whats unreasonable or what is a boy crying over spilled milk.

Since this topic started, we received eight new members from here. Kind of funny, this topic was meant to do the total opposite. Perhaps the new BHW members who joined us will one day write about their experience with our company, and I hope it will be a positive one (we will try our best so that it truly is).

There's so much tomfoolery in this thread that I'm not even sure where to start.

It looks more like you're an employee rather than the same person behind both accounts, so don't mislead others about your relationship with the company again.

SWAPD is an escrow company for digital rights management. @girlsniche.974271 listed his property on our website, found a buyer, and we managed the process for him. Our company charges 10% for our service, and additionally, all money transfer fees are covered by sellers. This seller did not calculate the fees right and ended up with 24 USD less than what he was expecting. Keep in mind that we're talking about a 950 USD transaction. While we tried to resolve this issue with him peacefully, the buyer declined to supplement the said 24 dollars. He was in his full right to do so, as user girlsniche.974271 agreed to the terms before the transaction went live.
The seller (OP) started crying foul play, so to smooth things out, we gave him a 24 USD credit (out of our own pocket) for his next purchase. He agreed, and we marked the transaction as successful. Unfortunately, girlsniche.974271 had a change of mind about an hour later, as he recovered the account from the buyer. We knew right away it was him, as we had the disavow link which showed that the account credentials were switched back. Nonetheless, he acted stupid like he doesn't know what is going on and that he is the victim here. Now he is going around the internet claiming to be the victim, even though he admitted he took the account back.
Closing up, he did end up refunding us, but only after we called him out on it. He was angry that instead 800 USD he received 24 USD less, and decided to try to cheat not only our company, but one of our clients.
