I'm looking to swap urls with around 10 blogging sites in the Technology and News niche' I will provide a screenshot of last months awstats. Some months are better and some months are worse. If you're interested in trading urls with me just reply and we will get to trading!

I would be interested in doing this perhaps later on down the road I recently started my technology niche website.

ill message you right now. My site isn't that old, but, it gets really great stats for how old it is. some days i get 10k uniques.
 
Is it the site listed as your homepage?

Trading shit links won't help your site grow.

Will they hurt my ranking? A couple of those are my friends websites, which is why I put them on there for them. They get a lot of traffic from me, but, I don't get any from them. I've wondered about that.

Yes, shit links will hurt your rankings, if you are getting no benefit from those links then why have them?

Lose the gofundme donation request and the ad/sponser spots, (it looks like amateur hour) then concentrate on some better quality content.
 
Where are you getting all that traffic from? According to Majestic and Moz your site doesn't hold any PR, TF ect. Looks like you just started building some backlinks in the last couple months. If your traffic is legit, I would be interested in giving you some backlinks in exchange ad space. Let me know -JC
