Do you know how this works, how to get a successful citation that is and how much it helps your ranking? I've been thinking of doing this for a while but thought it was too much effort compared to the results. anyone with more info on this please share, thank you

This is in google maps (google reviews) when someone searches and sees your location with your info. I do not think it helps SEO, but it should help if potential customers see a lot of good reviews.
