I was looking for some Accounts and I reached on a Thread where NovaCTR created some thread and offering service i required.

I connect him on his telegram id provided by him and i asked to create a DM on BHW and he has sent me a DM on BHW Below is link

he shared me some terms and conditions and i accepted.

We decided Payment into 2 parts and i have send him payment what we decided by crypto in 2 Txns.

Information For The Accused
@NovaCTR, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter

I just want to make a general comment regarding recent disputes.

That's SIX sellers I've banned in the last week. That's easily a record for a week in the six months or so that I've been on the staff. Now, I think disputes can be somewhat cyclical as the few weeks up to this point had been very quiet.

But a recurring theme we've seen (and @BassTrackerBoats and @PetraAnn have also dealt with several disputes in that time) is sellers trying to pull members with low post counts and forum inexperience off-site to deal with them. Almost always on Telegram.

If you are looking for a service and you do not have the ability to DM yet (like @svp above) then INSIST that the seller DMs you and that you make the transaction here. It gives you added protection and if anything goes wrong then it is much easier for us to help you.

You people really, really need to start thinking outside of Telegram. We have a messaging service RIGHT HERE. Use it!

As @SettingSun77 has stated, please read this thread created by @MrDenz about keeping the conversations here on bhw. Yes, it will mean a lot more back and forth, of course, but in the end, you are safer. Please also view how others have interacted with the seller or if they have been in the dispute list before.
