I've been stupidly working with adsterra for some months now, and the experience has been a disaster. All their ad codes get flagged for viruses and phishing, my UX is a mess, and the issue I'll explain.
In january, I joined the network, because a support agent told me the paypal minimum withdrawal was going to be decreased in no time. I believed that and added my websites.
The thing is, it has been half a year that I'm constantly lied about it, and the minimum remains at 100 usd. I have no issue with that, but if I knew that it was going to remain that way, I wouldn't have sent them my traffic, that in other ad networks would've meant, being paid months ago. I can't withdraw because I don't have sites with that much traffic, so it's not easy for me to reach 100 usd quick. I'm stuck at 80 usd and if I don't keep sending traffic, I'll lose the 80 bucks, but at this pace I'll be able to withdraw in months. I have no way to win on this.
There's an adsterra account here @AdsterraNetwork that always interact with users (mostly lies), and through it they've said that the change to a lesser amount is coming. The thing is, a chat agent on adsterra (called Anton) denied that the account here is legit and we shouldn't trust anything said because it's not official (I thought it was, it even has jr vip status so I thought was part of the official marketing campaign).
I was told in january that the minimum was going to be decreased for paypal in a few weeks, thing that never happened. Then I was told by an agent, that the financial dept was implementing Hyperwallet for lower paypal withdrawals, which according to Anton, wasn't real. Then, I was told that new users already had paypal withdrawal minimum, at $5, but were working on it for older publishers, thing that apparently isn't true either.
This has been a sh!tshow, and I just wanna warn you guys about adsterra. Also, I'd have loved to add this in shitlist but adsterra wasn't born here. I'd love that the mods put an eye on this, and check @AdsterraNetwork account, to see if it's like Anton said, not trustworthy and it's just misleading users.
I'm attaching 2 screenshots of the conversation with Anton, where he says about it.
