These days, suspicious payments have appeared in the creation of American ads accounts. I tested the cards that worked before, and the success rate was 0/10.
Is this a temporary problem?

no, it's not temporary google has changed its way you have to find new ways to create an account.
 
Assuming your creation method is good (good cards, fingerprints, etc) , then the high new account suspensions is usually a temporary issue. I have been into GAds since 8 years and since last 3 years, every year, there are 2 or 3 seasons of high new account suspensions. Each such season's duration is 2 to 3 weeks usually.
 
best recourse if to avoid using that again. Try it again in 6 months.
 
This thing is getting me crazy. I can't wrap my head around what I'm doing wrong.

I'm clearly lack knowledge and experience here.

I'm getting accounts live now (which is still big step forward), but they get suspicious payments after day or two of running.

Well, if the payment was suspicious, why the fuck did they approve it in a first place, instead of banning me straight away?
An then I can use exactly same payment as the one on banned account, and the new one will also get live, but same story - ban after two days. Why did they approved another account with payments that they proviously marked as suspicious?

I'm sure @ppcads is right when he says that it has nothing to do with payments, which alone saved me lot of time, but I don't know where to move from that

They run for around 2 days ? Before the suspensions which changes are you making to campaign(s) ? Any changes ?
 
I tried around 15 combinations, in 5 accounts I made no changes at all, in 3 of these accounts I didn't even log in after getting ad live.

In other tries I changed cpc on keywords, I tested editing ad and getting it moderated again, I tested changing device type (mobile -100% f.e), I added new keyword, I deleted one of keyword, I changed keyword type.
I tested also display campaign, gmail campaign and video campaign (but only one try of each)
All of them have one campaign only. Separate fresh domain on each.

All resulted in ban. Keywords are rather normal, a lot of domains runnign consistently for over a year, some new ones too, but they are running for over a week, so I don't think they can be thresholds ( I was spending over 200$ per day on positions that they have now)
 
Payments each time

Well, since they got live means that payment is OK, so is my gmail, and so is my ads and landers and keywords. Must be combination of these or steps or timing. I'm just making more and more accounts, write everything down and after few hundreds I hope I'll see some pattern, there's only limited amount of combinations, it can't be that hard

wish me luck ;)

Try new adwords account vendor this time. you can find lots of adwords account providers

Did you even read and understand what @DJMT Chen mentioned ? Read again : he (or she) has mentioned that he (or she) is CREATING accounts .... So now what do you mean by "try new vendor". There is NO vendor at all in the scene he (or she) has explained, so there is no question of " new vendor ". When replying to people, please first understand what they've mentioned.
 
Such issues always happen in GAds 2 to 3 times every year. However, this time it's duration is longer ... But, still it is possible to create workable accounts, ofcourse not 100% of accounts created will go successful.
 
I don't understand how they can keep it that way.

I mean, as a rule of thumb I believed, that "they can't ban any footprint that regular guys use", but as I test more and more combinations, I'm starting to believe that "method" has nothing to do with regular, logical behaviour, and if I'd try to launch ads in natural way, which new advertiser would choose, I'm getting banned 100% of the time

My Dear Friend , As I think its not the matter of creating account yourself or getting from vendor or lending adwords from friend. I always advice people not to just read the lines but also read between the lines.

@DJMT Chen is discussing about issue in creating google ads account but all he / she is looking to make the campaign live ASAP. Bro That's why i Answer the question from MY POINT OF VIEW.

IF one process is not working for me , I must change the way the process / pattern / some steps.

OK, then you should have said "try getting a vendor", instead of "try getting a new vendor". There is a difference of meaning in both. Anyways, forget it, as you lack effective English grammar comprehension skills.
 
As an agency, we have been experiencing this problem for a month. (as a premium partner!)
They say it will be fixed in 2 weeks.
 
I am confused now why in the world do these accounts even get banned really?

Someone above says it's not a payment issue then what issue is it?
 
I don't know if it's related, but in my country on official google forum there's enormously high number of threads, where regular gmail users have had their account hacked and used as a parasite to launch someone elses G Ads campaigns, so maybe G had to thighten security until they figure out how to defend it
