Recently google is banning a lot of accounts for suspicious payments, and to surpass this you need high quality VCCs and good proxies.

The question is, in my country (Brazil) we have option to manual payments, you can pay through deposit slips idk about US, CA, UK etc.

But when you pay with this type of payments it's not a problem until today i created a new account and payed through manual payments and i got banned from suspicous payments, this problem never happened, i only use antidetect browser, i don't use 4G, proxies and other stuffs you guys uses in this forum, bc i know that this is not the real problem.

You can say to me "oh, you got banned bc you are not using proxies, etc.

Ok but in the past days and weeks i created a lot of accounts without 4G, proxies, residenial proxies bullshit, and accounts still live, so i'm thinking that the problem is fingerprint issues with dolphin and incogniton, we know that this free antidetect plans does not works well.

The other problem that i am thinking is that today we need to farm accounts for some days like, accept some cookies from websites, create fresh gmail and wait 2-3 days to create gads account.

Yes, keep creating accounts regularly and on the way, keep appealing every suspended account. Like that, overall, atleast 70% of created accounts, on an ongoing basis, will be usable. But, keep creating accounts regularly, based on the number of usable accounts that you require (on an ongoing basis).
