i have recently noticed many google ads suspicious payment activity bans, within 48 hours, anyone with the same issue?

generic as in the sense that it can be caused for example by the credit card i am using? i havent changed anything nor added any card

i'd say credit card is least possible reason for that ban, especially if you're getting it after 48h.
Generic as in the sense that everything campaign/account/setup/action related can be causing it

If the suspect is getting paid, you may have entered too much advertising budget.
Noticing the same thing the past 2 days. Accounts are getting suspended based on the BIN and/or recent billing address/card replacement changes. High spend accounts are prioritized for a review.
Appeal all accounts. If you don't get them re-activated there's something wrong with your setup. If you get a suspension even before adding a payment method, then it's definitely the method of opening the account and/or footprints and/or proxies and/or eventually the billing address as well.
