Suspicious Payment problem in google ads

I have two Google Ads accounts, one of which is registered as a USA Google Ads account and is linked to a USA bin card. This account is working well and I have not had any problems with it. However, my other Google Ads account, which is also registered as a USA Google Ads account, is linked to a different USA bin card and has been suspended for suspicious payment activity.

I am not sure why my second Google Ads account has been suspended, as I have used the same payment method for both accounts .

Need some more info to give you some advice. Are you running white hat Campaigns or blackhat campaigns?

I'm running blackhat campaigns but account is suspending even before I run campaign, as soon as I create account I receive suspicious payment ban

Right, are you using a solid proxy to create the new account?

Try to contact google as they can lift the suspencion.

Also is adviced to not use same payment for 2 accounts as it can lead to both to be banned.

In 99% of cases where suspension reason shows as suspended due to payment, in reality it has NOTHING to do with card, vcc, payment, billing,etc.
Just fill and submit the Google Ads account suspension appeal form.

what proxy do you recommend please? i use hydraproxy and it is obvious that google is detecting it.
