...and suspended again after 150 follows. i am running 7 accounts off of tweetadder. does that have something to do with it? should i use proxies?
I use TA with lots of accounts following/unfollowing. From what I can tell, the older accounts (over 3 months) don't get suspended......even ones that I just started using. The newer accounts recently started getting suspended very easily. On the newer accounts, I can only follow 50-60 day without triggering suspensions. On the older accounts, I am doing 200-300/day with no problems, and I am planning to increase to a higher amount per day.
On the bright side, I have been 100% on getting my accounts reinstated. It normally takes 3-5 days to get your account back. After you submit your support ticket through twitter, make sure you reply to the email that they send you right away. Just explain that you have read the rules and their best practices and you think you were suspended because you were following too many people, too quickly. Tell them you won't do it again if they can reinstate your account. This has probably worked on roughly 20 good accounts so far.

I make an account, follow ten or so people and then just post 2 or 3 posts a day for at least a week. Then follow 50-100 people only 2 times a week. Sometime my accounts still get suspended even with this low follow rate, but probably because a use free proxies.

I had an account banned and was only following a max of 95 people per day with a gap of around 10 minutes between follows.
A bit of a head scratcher, as that's certainly not aggressive following.
It looks like all accounts that I create now will not follow more than 50 a day, pretty much indefinitely... but instead create several accounts for the same niche.
After all... 10 accounts following 50 per day is the same sum of 1 account doing 500.

I have recently opened my account with TweetAdder. Currently, I have received only 100 followers with it. I hope that I can have large numbers of followers in the coming few days. However, until now, I am facing no problem with TweetAdder.
