Suspended Ebay

Hey guys So just a quick question.. I went on ebay Today and my account was suspended/ restricted pretty much forever it says,

So I made a new one and it is suspended as well.. How do i go about making an account and selling again on ebay??

First of all, what were you suspended for? Unless you figure out why they banned you in the first place, this will keep happening

(edit) ah...considering like 2/3 of your posts here are about selling fakes, I can guess...

yeah I was in to selling Fakes a while back, however the reason why I got banned was there was a retail store here where I live going out of business super cheap items, I bought them in bulk went home and started selling on Ebay (sold a bunch) and then I got a message saying I was suspended for fake items..

the items were real, I was able to prove it with pics of tags/barcodes etc but Ebay didnt seem to care,

besides the fact im passed selling that stuff now I just want to be able to sell on ebay again such as household things, but when I make a new account its already suspended as well...

That's not proof that eBay will accept. The only proof that eBay will accept is invoice from authorized wholesale channel, and if you were selling stuff like it sounds like you were selling they will check.

This is not allowed for VERO items. If you buy something from a store and try to resell it commercially, that doesn't fall under the "first sale" rule and you can be banned, even if what you are selling is 100% legitimate.

Now im at home and I have a bunch of stuff from cleaning up around like older items etc.. im just looking to see if I can ever have an ebay Account again,

Thats definately a skill but I would suggest buying a stealth account.....you definately have to wipe your computer of all cookies and change your ip
