I'm looking for an alternative to Namecheap for hosting domains that won't suspend/lock those domains and also accepts crypto as payment. Any suggestions?

If you are doing something illegal - every registrar will suspend your domains.
 
Have you tried Spaceship? It's a company by Namecheap but I like them so much. Very easy to use and cheapest rates in market.
 
Try Namesilo ,Epik
 
It depends on what you’re planning to use it for. Namesilo seems good, but if there are complaints, many domain providers can freeze the domain.

Please never recommend Njalla to anyone. NJALLA SUSPENDS DOMAINS QUICKLY WITHOUT WARNING, njalla is also just a reseller of ca-based domain registrar tucows. Just google for njalla reviews and you will find their downfall.

You can do this with Bluehost.
