Suspended domain solution?

Hi, One of my domains in Namecheap got suspended due to false positive malicious content problem.

Is there any method to recover my suspended domain at namecheap?

How can I move my site to a different domain keeping my google ranking stable without an access to my domains.

You can not, your domain is gone

There is only two either talk to namecheap or by legal route. No other way around. You can take backup of the site and upload to new domain.

Is there any way of transferring the authority to the new domain?

If it is really not malicious (As per their terms & Conditions) you can contact their support if not nothing you can do

If the domain was added as property in Google webmaster, you can try. I have done it before, I dont exactly remember.

Edit: But chances are very low, better put efforts in new domain.

You can contact namecheap on reddit. Specifically contact tamar on reddit he will surely reactivate your account if its false positive. I have one domain suspended on namecheap. After lots of chatting on their live chat support they didn't unsuspend my domain. Then I contacted tamar on reddit and within 20 mins he reactivated my domain and apologised for the false positive
