one of my acc got suspended can i make another acc with a sum domain that was used on the suspended account
suspended acc mywebsite.com
sub domain for new acc hello.mywebsite.com
can i do this

You must use a new domain sadly.
Anyway, you can buy really cheap domains on namecheap.com
