use stealth paypal and ebay accounts a sat
i heard that when your account is suspended then your ip adress will be blacklisted , then you can not create a new one even though you change the information and everything

If you want to go the simple route:
1) Buy a cheap trac phone and set up an eBay account.
2) get a virtual address
3) find someone you trust and use their info to set up a PP account.
4) get an online bank account and link it to the PP account. You can give the person’s name as the account holder. PP doesn’t check the account holder’s name.
5) DO NOT under any circumstance use your old IP address from your new phone.
6) Learn about eBay stealth to manufacture new accounts and keep them on standby.
...Or you can just buy the accounts from the sellers on this marketplace and Aspkin. But remember to keep those other accounts on ice for when you get the new bans.
