Suspected Shadowban: Posts Visible in Search but Likes Don't Counts

I have multiple accounts, and on all of them, I've noticed that my posts and comments appear in the search results just fine. However, when I try to like someone else's tweet, it doesn't seem to count. It's indicating that I've liked the tweet, the like count increased. But in search it not counts.

Also, the text of the comment is in the search, but if you search for the main post with min_replies:1 , the comment is not counted.

Aren't you able to use a burner account on a vm or some such to test it out yourself, perhaps?
