Suspect 2 Boston Bomber Surrounded

The suspect 2 in the boston marathon bombing is currently being surrounded. More update coming. I pray they catch this guy.

They've got Umass Dartmouth on lockdown now, one of the suspects is a student there. The campus is about a mile from where I live. :/

What I wonder is that, their so called uncle was interviewed on CNN, why did the uncle not report that he knew them earlier on Thursday when the video and their picture were being circulated? I think their uncle is not coming out clean and should be arrested.
