Been a hot minute since I was involved with either, but essentially Susocial offers cookie and session separation, which helps reduce the risk of account bans and maintains more natural behaviour for each account. Could get expensive when managing thousands of accounts, but may be ideal for high-risk accounts that require that extra bit of safety. As for Jarvee Pro, it's typically more affordable for mass account management but requires careful proxy management to avoid flagged accounts due to lack of cookie separation, again as far as I'm aware. Generally, great for bulk automation but less focused on natural behaviour, so you’ll need to ensure proper safety measures.
You'll have to go off of that before making a decision. Ideally, someone with more updated experience on both comes along and pitches in.
