Susocial/Jarvee Upload Quality

Hi Everyone,
For those of you using Susocial/Jarvee i was wondering what settings/methods you guys use to upload content (specifically video's) with the highest quality possible to Instagram. My video quality is heavily compromised on instagram compared to the original file eventhough the format and quality was very good. Been testing out different settings recently but only very small improvements were made.

When posting videos to Instagram using tools like SuSocial/Jarvee, for the best quality you should Instagram's preferred specs, export your videos with a high bitrate over 5,000 kbps to keep the quality up. when you upload, check that SuSocial/Jarvee isn't compressing the video further. basically, upload the highest quality you can within Instagram's limits, and keep experimenting to see what works best. Instagram does compress videos, but starting with higher quality means the end result is usually better.

Which setting do you mean exactly? Do you change the video hash?
Do you get the same result if you upload the video manually?
