Surveys Don't Complete

I've recently been accepted into AdWork Media, I noticed that even though alot of people attempted to do the survey nearly none of them worked. I keep getting complaints about them finishing the surveys but the content not unlocking.

Any ideas on how to fix this? It's really messing up my $$

It also depends on an advertiser, they don't do a callback return to the place where all the contant is started from
