Survey Program

Hey guys,
So I am looking for a program that gives you surveys for OTHER people to take.
For example, I have a button on my site that people click and take a survey. Then I make money when they are done.
What is the best site/program that offers this?

Thanks. Where do they surveys fall in their program? Offers? Can't seem to find it on the site.

You will choose which offers you want to show. Every one that you check up will appear into your content locker for example (you can create them at the website, take a further look).

You probably want pay per submission programs. There are tons of 'em.

I added the url to my site. Not sure about the whole content locker thing. Is there more I have to do with the url other than just use it?
