Survey for New SEO clients?

Hey,

Guys I wanna know one thing - do you give your new customers some kind of survey to fill out?

This things can help you plan seo/keyword research strategy for them:

- which product brings most profit
- what they sell
- what is the correct name / or full name of the product
etc etc

Do you use something like that?
