is it illegal to distribute chinese supreme caps on ebay? I dont see how because it is just a word and they do not own the word 'supreme'. Take a look at the hats on google

Yes but Windows is a generic word and so too is Apple but if you get caught selling copies then you still get your ass kicked in court.

I wouldnt do it if I were you. You could probably pull this off offline but online, especially on ebay is not a good idea at all!
