    Hi,

I've been thinking of ways to make money on facebook for a while and thinking of good ways to get a group to go viral - especially with people joining the group who arent particularly tech savvy/clever so will fill in anything and not bother complaining if they get loads of shitty spam.

Okay so here's what we do (I'm in the UK so adapt accordingly):

Pick a hot TV show that has millions of viewers and cult followings for the competitors (think pop idol, britain's got talent etc).

Set up a facebook account, make it look genuine by adding some pics etc (hopefully you will already have a facebook account by this stage).

Create a group with a catch title, something like:

"Susan Boyle should have won - lets make a petition!"

Invite all of your friends, post in some relevant groups etc.

Buy a domain like susanboylepetition.com (i just made that up).

iframe a cpa offer that just requires a 1 page form (preferably niche related) - ideally you should use godcpa or similar to make it look like a normal basic unbiased petition form.

In the group have a link to your URL, message members the link and tell them to spread the word.

With a bit of luck, your URL will go viral and you'll make some nice cash.

I'm just about to go try this now, lets hope it goes viral so I can buy you all a beer ;)

    Enjoy

I've seen this method before and it looks promising... Facebook Groups indeed have the power to turn bargain into money...

One problem, your leads won't convert and you'll get banned. :( But an easier way to get a group to go viral is by going and setting up a Facebook Page. Pages are for public figures, products, companys, that type of thing on Facebook. They are a totally separate type of section just like groups are except when a friend of a friend who is in the members list will have the "Become of a Fan of PageNameHere" thing pop-up on their find friends screen. It will auto suggest it to them. Also Pages invite system is not capped like the group system is. Hope this helps a little bit and thank you for sharing your ideas.

It seems that a lot of people are turning to fackbook.

    This idea sounds promising.

Groups are easier. You can press SELECT ALL FRIENDS, and most people on FB check their updates every minute.
