Hi everybody!

I want to organize 24/7 customer support for members of my sites.
I need 2-4 agents who can handle it via support ticket desk and live chat.
Ticket reply should be made within 15 minutes it was posted.
Two words about issues:

• Something is broken or not working on the site
• the site works slow
• billing issues
• login problems
• loading and view content issues

Can someone recommend any company which can help me?
Or maybe there a couple of individuals who can take this job.

You never ask that to any prospective client.
As a service provider, whether you like it or not, you can't blame the customer if he or she would interpret that as, "How much money will I get from you?"
