Support Accounts for Sellers.

For a fee OFC...

Lets say im selling a service and i want to provide support on BHW besides my other support channels.

Since its not an option to share the account, BHW should have a SUPPORT Role account that have access only to the selling thread that is assigned to.

You can easily do this by requesting a JV with a current Jr. VIP member to assist in the management of a BST. There are quite a few joint BSTs where one member provides support on behalf of the actual thread owner. @sam.hunt0710 for @indianbill007 springs to mind. If you've got someone working for you, though, and you are looking to have them assist with your own BST thread, they will likely either need to follow the rules and stipulations for a Jr. VIP upgrade, or buy into the Marketplace Seller program to reach the requirements needed to contribute to a BST thread.

I know this is possible, but my idea is something more that is branded (followup on the previous thread which is WAAAAAAAAAY OFF).

Perhaps if we ever allowed members to create multiple accounts (rule 3.3), allowing marketplace sellers to create a support account could work. However, at the moment this isn't being considered. For now @Sherb's suggestion to enter a JV with someone is the only option you have.
