Supply issues - Coronavirus

Is anyone experiencing this?
My suppliers are unable to fulfill orders because of the extension of the new year and/or temporary closure due to Coronavirus.

Does anyone know if this is just for suppliers based in Wuhan? Because I only have one that is Wuhan, I expect the others should be back up soon but everything seems a bit unclear.

Yes because of corona virus! just find a supplier based in US

I got one supplier far away from wuhan who explained me that they got longer holiday untill feb 9th and they can deliver on time after the holiday is over.
The other supplier based near wuhan is not able to say anything clearly. Cause of the virus he is completly exhausted and cant confirm a date for shipping my products.
Additionally a ship with my container is waiting to set off cause they extented the holidays.
 
they are not lying, it’s bad in most of China right now. China is pretty much shut down literally. follow the headlines.
 
Thanks. I may need to find a US based supplier.

I was mostly wondering if it was just Wuhan that would be shut down or all of mainland China.

Not just Wuhan, but the parts which are shut down, provide 90% of China's export. The chances are that any US-based supplier you may find, get their inventory from China too and unless someone is a wizard and saw this coming, inventories are limited. If it's something, which can be manufactured locally in the US too, it will be a lot more expensive. Maybe try other Asian countries or wait at least until 10th February, when closed down factories are supposed to resume production.
 
Send your current suppliers a message and ask them if they operate or have a fulfillment partner in the US. And by the way, the long shipping times is due to Chinese new year. It got delayed for 2 weeks which is why it was late. AliExpress and everyone else who operates in China is going to close down. And by the way, the Coronavirus does not last long on packages or letters, the time it reaches any country it would be long dead just look it up.
 
I think the issue was the fact that the manufacturing facilities were not being operated because of the quarantine.
 
I can help you find another supplier in China, im so close with some seller in china and can help you out

I'm looking for a supplier that is trustworthy and reply's fast and does what he says. And yes ships fast hehe
If you know someone please let me know. i'm doing 15-20 orders a day and i need someone i can count on.

I think you should buy in bulk stock instead of buying everyday. And the shipping time is around 2 weeks that includes boxing and label your product if you want.

Thats sounds great, the only downside for me is that i have 6 different colors and 6 sizes, so thats the issue there.

Are the suppliers you know from alibaba?

They are seller in china most of them selling on 1688. Its cheaper than alibaba.
You still should fulfil in bulk if u need vast of variation.
