I dont normally supply data to anyone but have an agreement with a data broker.
The data has been used by the company and ran. We actually over supplied on the data. Now they are refusing to foot the bill. I dont see why my company should foot the bill for them. I have offered to resupply but they keep stalling.
What do you suggest court

Court. Less hassle than them faffing you around to be honest. Just claim every little expense from them and you can count it as a victory over idiots.

If you have a provable contract, sue.

Or you can do things like fill up Google with ripoff reports about them, or take out their server, or any number of a huge array of other black hat revenge methods. Those methods won't get your money back, though.

Whatever you do, DO NOT resupply or give them anything worth any value at all! They already ripped you for the first delivery. Any more deliveries won't be paid for either.
