yeah supplements is one of the worst niches for this rn, both fb and google review bots hate it.
few things that helped me: soft landing page before the offer, no before/after claims, no "cure" type words anywhere in copy or comments.
also spread across multiple bm's/accounts cause even clean ads get random flags in this niche.

What specific rejection reasons are you seeing in your Ads Manager right now? Maybe the community can pinpoint the exact policy trigger for you.

Did you upload sensitive images such as the navel, teeth, tongue, or palms/soles?
 
this niche is quite sensitive, and facebook easily scans it. you need to prepare a good account and good content which comply with facebook policy.
don't use image as before/after, close-up image of skin or body part.
 
You have to prepare good account and good content which comly with a facebook policy and i use real iphones and my accounts never get flagged.

the strangest thing is that my competitors post 1:1 creatives and they run them for a very long time and never get banned
 
Check the ad copy first sometimes a single claim is enough to trigger a rejection.

We've worked with supplement campaigns before, and repeated rejections are often related to the ad copy, creatives, or landing page rather than just the ad account itself. Before looking for another media buyer, I'd recommend identifying exactly which part of the review is causing the issue. That usually saves a lot of time in the long run.
 
It may also be worth reviewing the landing page and creatives together platforms often look at the whole funnel not just the ad itself.
 
This is a rather sensitive sector; you need to ensure that your content and messaging comply with Facebook and Google's policies. Furthermore, avoid making any claims that imply absolute guarantees. Instead, utilize multiple accounts to promote and share your content.

Supplements can be tricky because small wording changes can affect approval reviewing past rejected ads and finding common patterns may help identify the issue
 
This segment is quite sensitive and Facebook can easily detect it. You need to prepare a strong account and an old page, preferably a verified page, and avoid using before/after photos, close-ups of skin or body parts.
