Hi,
I was wondering what program should be used to create theese designs for supplements! any advice or help would be appreciated

I'm pretty sure you can do this with Canva... or any other ad design tool...

Photopea is like a free photoshop online, to be used in your browser.

Photoshop + Illustrator or even Canva could work. There are also AI tools that do this, but I forget the name of it.

I don't think canva offers to design the actual supplement, just the background

I think there is some chance the pill boxes and the stairs are rendered. In that case you would use a tool like Blender.
