SuperBH: Ban one's site from google

I have a super-black-hat question that I hope I could find an answer to ....
First off, let me explain my situation.
I bought an extremely expensive for a site I promote.
Since it is bought off a very familiar, branded, top-ranking site... I was not suspecting anything.
Guess what - I got scammed.
It's not a first time for me but I never had bad experience with sites that are very successful and are functioning business and not some side-project.

I would like to know if someone had any success with banning a competitor site? it's not part of my agenda but in this unique situation it sounds like a good solution.

Problem here is that this is an aged site, with proper seo, tons of relevant backlinks etc.

A new site could be manipulated into ban with some PRSTROM running nonstop, maybe running the xrummer to a huge list of 100k+ forums? I am not sure how effective it would be for a site which is aged. This could somehow help him... maybe.

Does someone knows of a better way? I was maybe thinking some of you have quite a variety of penalized site that could link to him (finally a good use for those).

Would you mind explaining a little more about how you got scammed?

What is that you now own, that you feel is of little or no value?

Why could you not actively and aggressively promote what it is that you've bought to out-do the "scammer"?

It might actually be better for you to figure out how to outwit / out rank / out maneuver the "competition" than to consider ways to screw up the "other" ?

From what I know it is impossible to ban someones site...

As all the triggers are done by the site owner like content duplication, installing malware, etc.

I think he wants to get his site sandboxed...I would be careful with that...Karma is a mother fucker and doing this to someone who screwed you is one thing but doing it to your competition who did nothing to you is another....

gift: My site is still great and I have no doubt I will have better ranks than this guy.
I got scammed in the oldest way in the book, I transferred payment before I saw my links were live, and didn't get an answer from that point.

Vegas: I agree. I have many sites in many niches, many countries, some black and some white hat.
I wouldn't have thought of using this kind of method on my competitors regardless of the amount of money I'd earn from doing so, because it seems unmoral to me.
But how about someone who had this bad Karma coming by stealing my hard-earned money?

Regarding sandboxing - I don't think it is possible that an aged site with top ranks and traffic will get sandboxed?
Maybe get penalized with the notorious -30 -100 in ranks penalty?
Is that what you meant?

It all depends on the authority of the site.
If a site you're trying to ban has pretty good authority, your plan will never succeed.

I think that's right, I brought a PR6 domain with 100k genuine links, I spammed content and aff links. Great at first, then into -30. Still there

it has a good authority and quality backlinks.
I knew this is not going to be easy and wondered if anyone succeeded in performing such a malicious plan
