TWO people have asked if you have unique content, but you havent answered and until you do, nobody can even begin to help.

you know when i go to invest time and money on a site one of the things i do is make sure it has unique content.. im not sure how much it matters but i know someday it might make a difference, i mean why spend much effort on a site that can get knocked for dup content? just my 2 cents..

Remove the duplicate content from the website.definately you will be regain the traffic..:beer:
