super irritated because i paid for a service

I paid for a bot creation and was talking to the creator via skype and never got the passwords for any of the 3 files or instructions on how to install, i really needed to use it tomorrow. I'm running ubuntu and tried rarcrack, says i dont have permissions to the file or its the wrong directory. if anyone can help PM me
