I like the free jetpack plugin without all the adds......this plugin reduces a lot of css and javascripts to load your site faster, the only one plugin I know who doing this.
When you have Litespeed webhosting (server side) then you not need the plugin.
Namecheap has one year free positive ssl on their hosting plans, a super bonus ($12 year) why can other webhosts offering this too?
On my experience with a premium ssl, I not got one website not secure browser warnings, wirh free let's encrypt or self signed ssl, you will see this browser warning a lot, from cloudflare too .
A premium domain positive ssl for $12-30 is enough.

look here there is a section on hostings there and find these hostings, and wordpress will not have any problems

i'm using contabo and pages are loading under 1 sec for many websites,
also using OLS, wp rocket, redis cache, perfmatters, themes, no problamatic plugins,
hosting is critical thing for speed, yet, it's just part of it,
if you don't have the right apps/configs/themes/images, etc... you won't achieve good results

I like the concept from Hostinger to have an AI include to build your whole website, this gutenberg thing is a little bit arkward to build you customize page design the gutenberg blocks are boring like hell.

I suggest you find a wp website which loads pages as fast as you want, then just look for their host.
Hosting can only do so much if your theme and content are heavy. Instead of trying to fix a bloated site with plugins such as WP Rocket I'd start with a lightweight minimal theme, make sure to not add sliders, maps, live chat or other third party Javascript apps unnecessarily and reduce image sizes with a plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/webp-uploads/
Then get the best package, that you deem appropriate for the importance of the site, from a reputable provider such as Hetzner. They are Europe based but they have servers in some datacenter in the US, too.
