Super bulk mail server - Bulletproof or Offshore needed?

i am searching the last two weeks for an bulk email server like the following one:

But this one is very expensive!

Do anybody knows another service or can setup the necessary tools on a dedicated server?

I want send 500.000 mails a day (daily news) to my subscribers (all are opt-in - so its no spam)!
I know i need some ip's for sending so many mails.
A favorite dedicated server i found is:

But the easier way is to get a full-managed bulk mail server - upload list and send.

Who can help me?
