im so confused about this too can you please tell me what URL should i put on the place that it says " URL TO SEND TO" and what about that part that says " what URL to send to on" are the both the same and is it supposed to be my own URL that i wanna ge the ranking higher for it?

yes, you have to fill YOUR url inside.

But, if you like, you also can fill MY url inside for this tip
