Sup? Can someone assist with PIN VERIFICATION?

Sup? I am trying to create an e-bay seller account but need a phone number to where they can send the pin to. I put in my home number but e-bay wont accept it. Guy in chat tells me my number could be recycled or something like that, hence why system won't absorb it in. Just need a number so the system can call, and give the pin, then you can give it to me. Anyways, you'd be doing me a big favor and I'd be eternally grateful. $5 Paypal for the help.
