Hey guys,
I've been involved in the SEO industry for about 10 years. I primarily deal with white hat SEO (occasional grey hat) with clients, but still have a keen interest in understanding black hat SEO for playing around and analyzing competitor approaches.
I've got (I think) 10 personal sites of which average around 20,000 visitors per month organically - a blog, a couple profitable drop shipping eCommerce stores with Printful and Woocommerce, an adult site that's pretty much automated as well (only making about $0.12 a month with Exoclick, though, and then I once I realized I was pretty good at a lot of this stuff, I decided to monetize it. So I launched my web design, SEO and hosting website, blew past the local competition within a year, and now work with clients who use WordPress and got involved with free white label reseller hosting to expand that business into something more passive.
Honestly, the last few years have been kind of rough with losing friends, divorce, and failed relationships and it might seem odd but I'm really looking to network and develop some connections (even if only online) with people that are interested in the same type of things I am. So I joined a local WordPress Meetup and thought I'd stop being a lurker here and see if I can keep myself entertained in the evenings socially through getting informed and informing others.
Looking forward to being a part of this.
