My site is approximately 1 month aged.... And its not getting alot of traffic I have purchased seo package s from black hat forum I do alot of keyword research I only try to target long tail keywords with low competiton I have a account with ahrefs.... Is there more that I could be doing instead of just waiting for my ranks to improve.... I have alot of free time to put in work for my website

Guest posting opportuntities is a good idea. You want to find high authority sites in your niche that publish articles and approach them - offering articles in exchange for a link. You need to ensure the articles are of the highest quality and your link is contextually relevant. Alternatively, you can create viral/linbait content on your own site and share it on social media hoping it will catch fire and produce tons of organic backlinks

Those are my two favourite methods right now.
 
Create manual links (Off-page) and guest posts on relevant niches.

Still, I would say that 1 month is a small time to judge your site. See the organic keyword ranking and then build a strategy on ranking keywords.

how do you find ''viral'' content to share

Also if the contenent viral IS NOT related to your niche how can you post on your website without losing the topic relevance?
 
Identify lots of low competition keywords and create content for them. You need more content for more traffic.
 
Organic SEO traffic will take time to build - you can't expect to purchase a blackhat package and expect it to boost your organic SERP ranking immediately - it does not happen like that any longer.
If you need immediate traffic, try social sites and have some social pages going on . Best if you have a bot, which automatically help you to 'find' people/traffic for you.
Another quick method would be to buy traffic - perhaps from social or from ppc, and that should give your site some attention.
One more method would be to create a FB page, and follow news sites, and comment on the new sites (write something controversial and goes against the flow), and that will make people want to check your FB page out.
 
Go for guest posting and building links manually. For me, these two should be good for now. :)
 
Based on my experience, using blackhat techniques on a new site is a bit too risky. Since you have a lot of time, study the different ways of link building naturally, and apply what you've learned to your website. In this way, you also boost your rankings organically. 1 month is still pretty early to see real results, so go ahead and continue working on it.
 
well you just got to give it some time. for sure with good hard work it will soon gain more traffics
 
Does it have enough content? Maybe it is a main problem. If now, I suggest you to promote your site on reddit or pinterest.

1 month old is VERY young.

Stay away from any link-building for 1 more month at least. It will only hurt it.

1. Build social presence. Facebook page, Google+ page, YouTube channel etc
2. Publish HQ content regularly.
3. Get a few social shares to the homapge.
4. Start link-building but very slowly and only manailly. Outreach, blog comments, web 2.0s HQ PBN. PBN to the money pages.

what if the website is an filliate website and the ads are also on the home page
