Actually I have used Canva and Biteable for this purpose, but I am having some trouble using them(one is pro for videos / other is having watermarks on 2 corners of video that not looks good). Looking for something like that but easy to deal with. BTW Thanks for your suggestion!Pexels.com

I use Pexels, Pixabay, and a few more for free stock videos and Camtasia for videos that are simple and Sony Vegas for editing.
You can download all ^^^ for free.
Mostly, sites like Biteable and others are not free, or free with watermarks, in best cases, you can create few clips and that's it.
Pexels and Camtasia, trust me, all you need is 5 minutes to create a nice looking video.
