Suggestions on email scraper/mailer software?

I already have atomic harvester and scrapebox premium email scraper...but I don't know what else is out there. Ideally, I'd like a whole suite that can scrape from as many platforms as possible, verify, and mail. I'm just getting started with GMass, which has been ok so far.

What do you guys like these days for email marketing?

I use http://bulkmailer.vip and Amazon SES works great for me.. But I use opt-in lists no spamming..
