[Suggestions Needed] Turning off Use Audio in Reels??

So I have a 18k account right now and bigger accounts are using audio from my reels slappin their videos over it.

I let it slide for a while as it was 1 or 2 accounts but now a lot of accounts are doing the same and pulling more views and interaction than me without even crediting.
Tried DMing them to atleast put Audio Credit as such but they dont care.

Only option I found blocking them. Any other suggestions?

Its chatgpt script with few tuning and then with elevenlabs. Can i claim copyright for it and if yes how and where?

Coz when i looked i can see insta itself is allowing others to use audio. So will it entertain those copyrights?
