Suggestions needed on dropship of LCD TVs

I have researched enough to find the reliable sellers who can sell different LCD and LED tvs.Reliable what I mean is who accepts paypal are considered reliable at the moment. Scammers with out hesitation don't accept paypal at all. I found that prices I can get atleast 50 to 70% discounted on current market price. They are providing international company warrenty and challenging me to verify with experienced company professionals. If I can prove they are replicas or fakes they said they can pay double in return. So far most satisfying. But still I am trying to understand more about risks. If I want to sell that branded TVs on amazon what are the things I need to aware more?. If they are original TVs, is it ok to buy these brand name TVs from china and sell in amazon usa without having any dealerships from brand companies? Are there any problems I need to face from companies like sony,samsung etc for selling without having any dealership? Any other thoughts would be appreciated.

Only thing I can say is that Amazon pay very particular attention to those selling TV's as I found out, but do everything by the book and you will be alright

How do I make sure my self I haven't received fake or replica goods? And is it fine to sell different country models to USA market even though it is legit? Amazon what factors they consider when we sell these items? Where do I can find more information on this?
