Suggestions needed for my upcoming blog network manager tool

I need few suggestion regarding my new tool which will be suitable for any blog network owner, How much should be the price for blog network manager which have following features

1) Automatically submit on your wordpress blogs network
2) Manage your blogs and check index/deindex
3) Check Da/Pa, Majestic matrics, Expiry etc
4) Check page ranks of your domains

And other features you'll like to see in a blog network manager which can ease your work for your blog network

First of all, how your tool will differ from a lot of tools that already exist on the market? There is no lack of them, why anyone would want to try another one?

Pagerank is no more updated, why would you add it to the metrics. It's like fooling people because all the numbers are wrong.
